| Article No. | Description | Expected Availability Date |
| N54506-Z104-A100 | Edge RT7020 | 2024-01-15 |
| V54508-P140-A100 | Omnis ATL: Edge RT7020 | 2024-01-15 |
The full lists of new features and updates are available in each respective Release Note and can be found (in Swedish) under the Documentation-tab here. Changes can be summarized as:
The maximum number of TCP/IP-connections has been increased from 600 to 700.
The communication protocol for database synchronization between server and controller has been optimized resulting in significant increases in transmission speed.
The communication between Operator's Program (OPPGM), RBServer, and database have been migrated over to a more secure SSL-based solution.
This new feature allows the user to select an inactive period for cards. If the card has not been used within the time period, it will automatically be blocked by the server.
A new implementation, similar to the existing Event Queue, where server-based (instead of hardware) events are presented. For Omnis 7.4, only server-performed blockings of inactive cards are presented.
The report option called 'Log' is now enhanced with the possibility to present continuous updates as new events occur
The new alam transmitter Edge RT7020 is now supported and can be connected directly to the E100 / E100-S.
In conjunction with support for the new transmitter, additional improvements have been made, affecting all transmitters.
| Transmitter | Protocol* | Support Descriptive Text | Required E100 Firmware |
| RB120s | BATP | Yes | 7.6.8 |
| DALM3000VB | BATP | No | - |
| DALM3000VB | Addsecure over ESPA | Yes | 7.7.2 |
| DALM5000VB | BATP | No | - |
| DALM5000VB | Addsecure over ESPA | Yes | 7.7.2 |
| Edge RT7020 | Addsecure over ESPA | Yes | 7.7.2 |
*Note around differences between protocols: There are some differences between BATP and Addsecure over ESPA, where BATP is of the type 'two-way communication'. This means it is able to communicate events to Omnis which require feedback from the transmitter. Such events will not function using Addsecure over ESPA, but can instead be tracked through the the alarm transmitter's own interface (Device Manager). For more information on how to wire relay-based feedback, please see the manual SE2-81198 Installationshandbok Komponenter.
The Operator's Program (OPPGM) has recevied numerous updates to its graphical user interface (GUI)
To make sure all cardholders have a PIN assigned while still allowing them to choose their own PIN at a reader without revealing it to the card issuer, a feature has been implemented to force all cardholders to choose their PIN at first valid access at a reader, regardless if the current security level on that door does not require PIN.
A previously hardcoded feature is now unlocked and configurable by the user.
The following features have been removed in Omnis 7.4.
OSDP-support for the Secustos reader family has been implemented.
The following addition has been made to Omnis API.
| Product | Article No. | Description |
| Edge RT7020 | N54506-Z104-A100 | Edge RT7020 combines advanced and fast router technology with international certification for alarm transmission of intruder and fire alarms. The 4G router is equipped with WAN and VLAN functions to manage the fact that buildings and systems are increasingly connected online. |
| Omnis ATL: Edge RT7020 | V54508-P140-A100 | Omnis ATL's (Alarm Transmitter Licenses) enable the addition of one Alarm Transmitter of said type to Omnis. One license per transmitter is needed. This license enables the use of the Edge RT7020. |
| E100 | V54502-F101-A100 | The E100 is a central controller for the Omnis system. It can also act as a combined central and door controller. A total of 79 downstream devices, the internal door controller included, can be managed by the E100. |
| E100-S | V54502-F103-A100 | E100-S is a Satellite controller in the Vanderbilt Omnis system. The E100-S contains all necessary resources needed for the communication within the system. E100-S has a single LON-bus for communication with its nodes. The E100-S has I/O capabilities supporting one door environment to be connected to it. The E100-S is upgradable to an E100 Central controller. |
| E200 | V54503-C107-A100 | E200 Door Controller |

The software is installed on a standalone PC that is connected directly to the Omnis hardware, or on a server with a server software. With the software, all settings can be performed, and the hardware is easily installed in the LON network. RB- ACC handles functions such as intrusion alarm, access control, fire detection, assault alarm, operation alarms, lighting control, time distribution, logical functions, graphics and card production. |
