Quality Notice - SPC42 / SPC53 controller

Issue description:

Our cycle quality inspections brought up an issue with non-compliant ferrule length, which can be seen as a risk for health and safety under certain circumstances. The decision has been made, that we will offer two options to our customers:

- let them fix the issue on site following the instructions highlighted in our document

- they can open an RMA  case and send the controller back to us

These options will be offered to:

- Customers already bought an SPC evo controller

- Customers who will buy an controller in the coming months

Please find below the QR code for the quality notice which we will be shared with customers.

• either via email 
• QR code /URL on each SPCevo controller leaving our warehouse
