Product Release: Hotfix 1 for Omnis 7.2 Service Pack 2

Acre Security is pleased to announce the release of Hotfix 1 for Omnis 7.2 Service Pack 2.

What's New?

The following corrections / bug fixes are implemented in Omnis 7.2 Service Pack 2 Hotfix 1.

• Fixed an issue where the checkbox for allowing/restricting Firmware-upgrade from the E100's Web Interface was not sent correctly from Server to Controller. A corresponding fix has already been made in the E100 Firmware, meaning the behavior prior to Hotfix 1 being applied will be as follows:

For E100 v7.7.2 and newer:

• Controller will always behave as if the checkbox is checked (restricting firmware-upgrade from Web Interface).

For E100 Firmwares older than v7.7.2: 

• Controller will always behave as if the checkbox is unchecked (allowing firmware-upgrade from Web Interface).

How to upgrade

The hotfix is applied by replacing existing files with the corresponding files included in the Hotfix package.
