AIC ACTPro Integration - enable support for SPCevo and AIC-1200 controller series

Dear Customer,

We are pleased to share the latest test results from our AIC Intrusion Panel integration with ACTPro.

To ensure seamless interoperability between acre’s access control system and the AIC intrusion panel series, we conducted comprehensive compatibility testing. The results confirm a fully functional integration, supporting reliable and efficient system performance.

Supported functionality:

- Single Interface for viewing Access Control and Intruder system

- Realtime zone status and system status updates on map

- Arm/Disarm system from Map Interface or by rules Engine

- Inhibit/Isolate Command Control

- AIC Intrusion Panel Alarm Events

- AIC Intrusion Panel Trigger/Actions list within Rules Engine

Test environment:

ACTPro v3.4.0.19 together with

   - (Successfully passed) AIC-1200 with FW 1.0.5

   - (Successfully passed) SPCgen1 FW 3.15

   - (Successfully passed) SPCevo with FW4.0.1

Known limitations:

Map feature: Zone Input state viewIn rare cases the map shows incorrect zone and door status, when the setting or unsetting the panel/area. ( If more than 1 intrusion panel is connected to the same ACTPro integration)  Zone and door input icons are displayed incorrectly after set/unset area or panel command
Zone open/close on mapsthe input open icon is update right away but the close can be missed by the map update operation and the zone displays open when it is in-fact closed.showing the incorrect state of an input. after a short delay or another subsequent open, close event, the input state will be displayed correctly. 
Map input disappears - location issueIn rare cases when refreshing or logging out and back into the map editor, the existing map can lose the system input(s)Icons missing from the map. Icons have to be re-added to the map editor.
