We want to inform you that the current WPAN (V54543-F118-A100) is not compatible with our new AIC-1200 controller unit. Because of this fact, the WPAN has been put on a shipping hold to our customers.
This compatibility issue has not been seen when using the WPAN in combination with our current SPCW120 (V54554-B106-A100) installed in our SPC Gen1 or SPC evo Intrusion panels.
In case you would require an WPAN to be used in an AIC-1200 eco-system, we would like you to source the successor of the WPAN which has product reference number V54543-F118-A300.
The V54543-F118-A300 is compatible with the SPC, SPC Evo and the AIC-1200 controllers.
This successor is already on stock in our central warehouse, and is ready to be shipped.
In the case you still have stock on the current WPAN (V54543-F118-A100) we can provide you with two solutions.
1) Continue shipping the units to customers who want to use the product with the SPC Gen1 or SPC evo Intrusion panels ONLY.
2) If you do not want to hold the stock, please use the known RMA process. We can swap those units with the successor WPAN (V54543-F118-A300). Any swaps needed can still happen till the end of April 2025
