Bug Fixes - Acre Access Control v26.5.3, Classic Client v26.5.3

Intrusion Users Not Saving on Person Record

What was the issue: When assigning an Intrusion User to a Person record in the Classic Client, the assignment was not being saved. After selecting the panel, user group, and passcode, and saving the Person record, reopening the record showed the Intrusion User assignment had not been retained. The Save and Save and Close buttons also failed to activate upon assigning the Intrusion User, as they had in earlier versions.

What has been fixed: Intrusion Users assigned to a Person record now save and persist correctly after the record is saved and reopened.

Badge Print Error on Existing Badge Types

What was the issue: People with Badge Types assigned prior to a software update were receiving an error when attempting to print badges from the Badge Preview tab. The badge preview was also rendering incorrectly, with portions of the preview cut off. This issue affected only previously existing Badge Type assignments — newly created Badge Types printed without issue.

What has been fixed: Existing Badge Types assigned to Person records now print correctly without errors. Both existing and newly created badge layouts print successfully without requiring manual reassignment of Badge Types to cardholder records.

User Account Information Not Displaying in General Configuration

What was the issue: When editing a user via General Configuration | Users, the Username field appeared blank, assigned User Groups were not displayed, and it was not possible to add User Groups. This affected all instances. User Account information and User Groups could still be viewed and managed by navigating to the Person List and accessing the Account tab, but the General Configuration | Users path was not functioning correctly.

What has been fixed: Editing a user via General Configuration | Users now correctly displays the Username, shows all assigned User Groups, and allows User Groups to be added and managed as expected.

Live Monitoring Not Populating Events with Included Child Folders

What was the issue: When logged in or set at the VAR instance level, enabling the Include Child Folders filter in Live Monitoring was not populating events. Events from child instances were not appearing despite the filter being active.

What has been fixed: Live Monitoring with the Include Child Folders filter enabled now correctly populates events for the set instance and all instances below it, when accessed at the VAR instance level.
