We are delighted to announce that we will upgrade acre Intrusion Connect to version 4.5 on 30.09.2026 at 10:00am GMT+1.

Expected service interruption: ~90 minutes

New in this version

• Enhanced cybersecurity protections and authentication security

• Improved multi-factor authentication (MFA) experience

• Modernized password recovery process using one-time-password (OTP) verification

• Security enhancements including support for newer TLS communication protocols

• User interface improvements for account management

• Reliability improvements and service stability enhancements

• Various bug fixes and platform optimizations

During this upgrade window, the acre Intrusion Connect web portal, mobile applications, email services, push notification services, and scheduled background tasks may be temporarily unavailable.

All platform services, including web portal access, mobile app connectivity, notifications, and scheduled services, will automatically resume once the upgrade has been completed.

Our R&D and Operations teams will be monitoring the platform closely throughout the upgrade window to ensure a smooth transition.
