We have received several reports concerning SPC5350 and SPC6350 controllers showing visual and/or mechanical issues upon arrival at customer or partner sites.
Based on the information available so far, these issues most likely occurred during shipment or handling the products.
To support our GTS and RMA teams and enable fast and accurate root‑cause analysis, please ensure the following information is collected for every reported case:
Required Information to Be Collected
Please attach a photo of the product packing label and provide:
- Customer name & Customer ID
- Serial number
- Production batch number
- Product type (SPC5350 or SPC6350)
- SKU / Article number
- Photos from the damage
This information is essential to:
- Trace potentially affected batches
- Correlate cases by customer, shipment, or region
- Identify logistics or handling patterns
- Accelerate corrective and preventive actions
If further cases are identified, follow the standard support / RMA escalation process and reference this notice.
